我在一个牛车水roadshow 认识慧婷小姐的，当下我刚刚放工去买买东西。她就过来问我关于住院保险的，因为市场上的改变政府也鼓励买这个佳院保险。 她也跟我说了很多东西和详细的资料，我觉得真的不错哦对我也很好，而且有政府津贴medisave,帮我减轻了负担，因为我也还有妈妈和其他负担，她的帮忙就免了我以后的担忧,医药住院那些． 买了这份住院保险后，也让我觉得很安心，放心地工作。我以为我那么大年纪还买不到的。 她跟我很详细地讲解后，我一有不明白，她也会耐心再次地解释给我听。谢谢她，因为之前都没有人告诉我关于这方面的事情。 由于年纪关系，所以我必须去做身体检查，她还会带我去做身体检查和一直更新我我的保单状态。 偶尔她也会一直联络关心我，问我近况如何叫我不要太操劳要take care. 我觉得很好啊，你这个 agent 很好啦。继续加油!

I met Rachel while walking around in Jurong point. She approached me in a friendly manner cause she was doing roadshow there. At first i was hesitant but after hearing what she had to share i learnt more about how to plan for my finances. This allowed me to learn more about how to plan for my finance and even what to do if something were to happen to me. I rate her 10/10 as when explaining she is very patient and you can really tell that she is really trying to help, instead of just trying to sell. When trying to claim back the money i spent going to A&E and the follow-ups, she made sure to guide me step-by-step as I have never done this before. Making sure all my claims add up to not shortchange me. I really appreciated it. I would love to recommend to friends and family because after this incident i feel like i can trust what she is capable of.
