Rachel enlightened me about Prudential's offerings, schemes, and plans. She explained how to plan for my insurance and what to do in case of an emergency. Her outgoing personality made it very easy to interact with her, and her explanations were very patient. You can genuinely tell she is trying to help rather than just sell.
