I met Rachel during one of my breaks just outside Buona Vista, where she was conducting a roadshow. Her cheerful and bubbly personality captivated me, making me want to learn more about what she had to offer. Normally, I would walk away when approached, but not this time. Rachel enlightened me about Prudential's offerings, schemes, and plans. She explained how to plan for my insurance and what to do in case of an emergency. Her outgoing personality made it very easy to interact with her, and her explanations were very patient. You can genuinely tell she is trying to help rather than just sell. Rachel piqued my interest in discovering what I can do to invest in yourself for the future. I highly recommend her; you definitely won't be disappointed. She is informative, warm, and genuine. With my new knowledge, I hope to return to Prudential when I am older. It's a 10/10 experience with her!

I met Rachel while walking around in Jurong point. She approached me in a friendly manner cause she was doing roadshow there. At first i was hesitant but after hearing what she had to share i learnt more about how to plan for my finances. This allowed me to learn more about how to plan for my finance and even what to do if something were to happen to me. I rate her 10/10 as when explaining she is very patient and you can really tell that she is really trying to help, instead of just trying to sell. When trying to claim back the money i spent going to A&E and the follow-ups, she made sure to guide me step-by-step as I have never done this before. Making sure all my claims add up to not shortchange me. I really appreciated it. I would love to recommend to friends and family because after this incident i feel like i can trust what she is capable of.
